American vs U-boat campaigns

I have been playing U-Boat Missions for some time and really enjoyed it. But recently I got greedy and accepted the new U-Boat -- XVIII Walter propelled submarine. My latest mission is to patrol the west coast of South Africa, and it appears that my sub does not have enough range to get there! So, I am thinking about starting an American campaign.

Anyways, I am just interested to learn which campaign people found more interesting and challenging?

I like them both equally. Each has it's unique appeal. I couldn't possibly decide for one over the other.
