I didn't see any instructions so I just copied all the files into the folder they went in overwriting when I was prompted. Training worked fine and the mod looks great. I did crash trying to load a pre Triger Maru save game. I assume that was normal, but what I really want to know is if I installed correctly?

Sounds like you are ok. Losing previous careers is common with any upgrade or mod. Doesnt sound like you used JSGME to install though. Try it and see. If you have problems then I don't know--TMO is designed to be installed with JSGME.

Here you have the thread where the link to download JSGME is. You have to place it in the SH4 folder and is ready to use. There are all the instructions for use.

If you saved a previous career in port you can change mods with reckless abandon. I even switched my 16 cruise career from 1.4 to 1.5 with no problems.
