Quick question about planes and airfields

Ok, now I know that the airfields are contolled by the LND file. I have added a few more German airfields to the game, as close to being historically correct by date and locations. My question has multiple angles I guess...

1- Will planes automatically spawn from those airfields when I use the contact report (given the % works to my favor, in theory that's what's suppose to happen)
2- Is there any way I can control what aircraft spawn from where, say Heavy bombers from A, Stukas from B?
3- Should I or do I have to enter random flights in either RND or SCR if I want specific aircraft in specific areas?
