Can anybody tell me what the section page 'Captain's Abilities' does? I have been playing a campaign Scenerio dating from 1941 now through to 1943 & sunk a couple of hundred thousand tons of enemy shipping,been awarded several medals & have a fully trained up crew, so the skipper must by now have some skills. All it shows is a blank page all the time.

Captain abilities exist only in the German campaign.
