I have the Japanese Maya in progress. I have remapped all IDs and made it a playable sub. (dive planes, torp tube, torpsystem in sim, unitsub in sim, AIhumansub in sim.)
![]() BUT: The guns are on the ship except for the front where the subs Deck gun is, but they do not fire. On the Japanese ship all they have is a weapon.cfg with the guns name and I assume the gun is coming from the gunsradar.dat. What do I need to do to make them fire. I was in a single mission with US ships and the only gun that fires is the Deck gun (I haven't fixed the .upc for the flack guns yet, just started) Do I need to take the guns individually out of the gunsradar.dat and put them somewhere? I 'think' I can get the deck watch crew added ok but I am clueless on the guns. Peabody

The guns are difficult Your problem is, that you have no camera linked. For the guns you need the .dat the .sim and the .cam the .zon file is addiotional. You know that all files were linked through IDs in their controllers Now look at one of Mikhayl's or my playable guns. Important is , that you link the cameras only with nodes with no function, often called dummy_cam or similar. You also have to look after ID problems. Just test a lil bit.
