[REL] Real Radio Frequencies

This will give you the radio.ini info to use the real AM radio frequencies (with the exception of the KNX station. See the file for details) for my historical radio mods. I've posted this for two reasons: first is for those who are into as much realism as possible; and second to try to alleviate any problems now and in the future with other radio mods that want to use the lower end of the "dial" as it were.
