[help] IJN Campaign

I have an almost working Japanese Camgaign but a few glitches, need some help.

1. Messages come from "Comsubpac" , can that be changed anywhere.

2. I have been doing testing and going in and out of port to see if it would assign new missions, and use mine and not take from SH4, so I got relieved of command because I didn't do anything. (obviously)
I can find the background picture for the messages, but I can't find the text. It is anywhere that it can be changed? And I'm assuming other text would be in the same place if I could only find it.

3. I have dates set in Flotilla.upc and PatrolObjectives.cfg for some Philippean missions with startdates in 1944 but it trys to give them to me in 1941. Is there somewhere else the date needs to be set?

Appreciate the help, my first mod and I'm so close but so far.
