Sliding console/orders bar for GWX 2.1?

Some time ago (a long time ago, probably at least a year) there was a mod made by Reece (I think) called something like "Sliding Stations Panel. Version 2.0" that I used to use with the first GWX that made the bottom panel slide down off the screen (like the SH4 one does if you unlock it).

I tried making those same changes to my new GWX 2.1 install, but I'm not having any luck making the panel slide down. Does anybody know if there's a version of this sliding panel mod that works with GWX 2.1, or otherwise know how to make the GWX 2.1 panel slide down when not in use?
