Guys what is the best Mod configuration for realism, immersion and eyecandy?
we all know we get crazy from all those good Mods and i dont know anymore what to pick. i need a very good Mod configuration to have no conflicts (mods overwriting eachother)

That in its self is an art. From my point of view I would start with the following;

1. GWX 2.1
2. SHIII Cmdr 3.1
3. Liferafts & debris
4. OLC

Then tap dance with the rest

It is really a process of trial and error and just plain old learning as you go along. We all have to go through it here, with time and experience,
I'm sure you will get onto it

i am using olc gui and olce, because i dont like the 15 km atmosphere. i think, the stock 8 km are more realistic. i recommended the interieur diving angels and the stay alert crew for realistic sighting ranges. i am not interested in eye candy mods, so i dont use them (exception: open hatch with realistic obs scope and interieur diving angels)

OLC GUI AND OLCE are pure eyecandymods hehehe it is the best mod i have ever seen. any experiences with sh4 effects for sh3 from Racerboy? it overwrites OLC mod and that is any others with good configurations with their mods?
