Playing GWX 2.1 August 1940, got my brand new VIIC for my first patrol U 93 7th flotilla.
After 10 days at sea Ive seen bugger all the weathers been fine up to now. Ive just come across a convoy only the weathers realy deterioated, realy its the worst weather ive ever seen in SHIII! High winds waves as high as houses lashing rain and fog...I cant see jack s**t. Only way I can keep track of the convoy is by diveing and useing the hydrophones. My question is should I try and attack or keep shadowing the convoy and let the weather ease off? I think its imposible to attack on surface due to poor visability and not much better dived with the high waves. ill proberly end up with a conning tower breach and a destroyer on my ass!!
