Help With calling the Air Support

I Have little problem, when i select one air base & click it the where is a large task force, the problem is that the theres only come one airplane. Can someone help me.

What i need to do that there comes More Planes & not just one Plane.

It's a Scout, not Air Support, The plane is only there to spot targets, You don't need more then 1 for that (The only way to get another is from another Airfield/Carrier Group)

On that subject, I had an incident a couple weeks ago where I was patrolling a few hundred miles west of Penang, shadowing a task force with a fleet carrier. Thinking I would be unable to catch them or perform an end-around I called in a position report. Shortly thereafter the group changed course putting me in a position to attack. Less than 2 minutes from the time the carrier would enter my firing angle she was assailed by Japanese aircraft and sunk. I couldn't believe it. Despite missing out on the kill, organic gameplay elements like that are what make sh4 so great. Seems like you are just one cog in an immense war machine, bravo!

Ok. so first there come a scout plane what spot the targets & when its spot the targets there will come a bomber planes & start attack & sink the enemy vessel. is that right

..You can call-in air support in SH4 during a Campaign!? For the love of all that is Holy, how is this accomplished?!

Only can be done with the U-Boat side. Simply click the little airplane icons on the nav map. Then, click where you want the plane. It is just a scout plane, so I wouldn't expect much in the way of support. Good hunting!

That Scout is probably one of the most helpful things in the game!

Thanks gentlemen, I'll give it a try. Surely someone with some Modding skills can convert this feature for the American side too?

Me thinks it's hardcoded...

To clarify: It's added by the expansion pack. Which means it's not in before you install the expansion pack. Which means no.
