Default Query and a request

My query:
Did the LCI (L) keep the same numbers as they were in the US when they were lent to the British? Finding out about my grandfather.

My request: Can someone PLEASE model an LCI (L) for my D-Day scenario i'm making. *puppy dawg*

EDIT:

Also what is an LCQ? I can't find any info about it at all.

I looked at several LCI pages, and didn't find anything about them going to the British, much less numbering. I can't even find a reference to an LCQ. Where did you see it?
