enemy ships' decks awash

Even with placid weather, it looks in the periscope as if the enemy's ships are halfway underwater. Is this a common display problem?

Whatever mods you're usining I don't know. I don't see that problem except the OPPaula, whose deck reminds of that lovely young lady who wears that short, erm, anyway....I still wish somebody fix that damn annoying flying sub though.
