Default [TEC] Vista and XP Pro Dual Boot.

Can one of the "Highly Tech" people help please?
Have new computer. Came with Pre-Installed Vista Home Premium.
I would like to put XP Pro back on in a Dual Boot System.
Have "Step by Step" instructions to do that from HP...very explicit and easy for me to handle!
However I find I only have an OEM XP Pro Disc, so I need all the Drivers. Is that right?
If so ....Where can I get them ? Can I download and collect on either a "Floppy" or burn to "CD/DVD" ?
Any assistance would be greatfully appreciated if expressed in "Kindergarden or Primary School" DO THIS, DO THAT.......you know O'GRADY SAYS type stuff.
Cheers all....Dusty

Creating a dual-boot installation is in itself no problem, but as a rule the oldest OS has to be installed first i.e. first XP and then Vista. XP's boot manager doesn't recognize Vista, but does recognize older versions of Windows such as 98 and 2000. Similarly, Vista's boot manager recognizes all the older versions including XP. I'm not sure whether it is possible to install XP AFTER having installed Vista- better check this first before you start work.
You can install several different versions of Windows on one PC, as long as you install the oldest first and the most recent last: 95>98>2000>XP>Vista.

For a dual boot installation, this is what I did:

I put a new hard drive in my computer and installed Vista Home Premium 64 bit on it. The other hard drive which came with the computer had XP already installed.

Works great!
