On the TDC screen, for the magnetic or impact selector, is the I impact and the M magnetic?

Welcome aboard kaleun,
John was right, the M does stand for magnetic, but has both impact and magnetic pistols. You might want to set your pistols to Impact when you need to fire underneath a ship, to reach one behind it. (that way it won't go off by the first ship's magnetic field)

Ahh, thanks for your replies. I kind of figured that I was impact and M magnetic and impact, but I didn't know for sure.

You may want to avoid using magnetic fuses during the first 2 years of the war (1939-40). They have a nasty habit of exploding prematurely.
