Default Question concerning RSRD Campaign...???

First let me say that the RSRD Campaign looks to be leaps and bounds ahead of the stock Campaign RND/Mis Layer?

In preperation to install the new RFB for 1.5 I would just like to add some additional/random convoys to the RSRD Campaign for my own personal taste/use.

What RND/Mis files are safe to modify without altering the existing dated convoys..??

I know there is a WARNING within the RSRD "readMe" that you should not alter and/or Save anything within the Battle and Taskforce Layers so that it doesn't fubar the dates of the aforementioned wihtin respect to the Main Campaign.

However if I want to increase the frequesncy of some existing convoys or add some additional random ones what are the specific proceedures for doing so safely?

Also do I need to install the ASW Air Layer for RSRD or is it now incorporated for stock and/or RFB1.5?

Thanks!!!!
Thanks!!!

There are no "random" convoys in RSRDC, from the Phase II readme

Quote:
The major change is a complete rewrite of the “Single Merchant / Convoys” campaign layers that were originally in Phase I. Using the Senji Yuso Sendan Shi (Wartime Transportation Convoys History), by Shinshichiro Komamiya, RSRDC has recreated 1055 convoys from early 1942 to the end of war and rebuild all the single merchant and tanker shipping routes.
has per this warning

Quote:
For those of you who enjoy “reverse engineering”, if you use the SH4MissionEditor on the “Battle” or “Task Forces” layers, under no circumstances make changes or select “ok” in the “Group Properties” window. If you do, you will cause All the tracks within the layer to longer generate correctly. The reason is that I’m making “hand” edits to these files to ensure that the tracks generate “on time”

any changes will "break RSRDC
