[REQ] SH4 Chronometers for SH3

I have noticed in Church's "Church Obs Per for GWX 2.0" mod, he has included a chronometer from SH4.

So either can someone make a mod that enables us to use SH4 chrono's, or give us instructions on how to incorporate them into SH3. I really want to use the Hamilton Night Attack with the green minute/hour hands.
