Are solid transparent windows possible?

Just like the title says... I'm looking into the GUPP-P mod and it looks like they will belong there (I'd like to try to put the bridge inside), so is it possible with this graphics engine?

You can set opacity for 3d obejcts, so yes you can do this, just make the pane of glass a seperate object and place it in the right position. If you need an example, look at the aircraft canopies.
