Key Board Changes

I am patched to 1.4 and have added TMO, do not have the U-Boat mod, but now many of my keys are different. E.G. T raises and lowers Radar Mast, it was Torpedo Management. Was this to be expected or did I do something wrong? Can I change key board settings?

TMO changes the keyboard commands to reflect those of SH3.
