SH3 Win Vista + ATI card graphic flicker fix

Hello

problem looks like this, it is graphic artifact flicker in middle of the screen.

It was in all exterior sub cam views, conning tower.freecam ,sub follow cam,
gun cam etc, but it was NOT in binocular view, from this i got this idea,
what if it has to do with camera clip distance, and so it was.
with all exterior views i changed camera clip distance from 0,1 to 0,3 and it fixed
this bug. myself i am wery happy as i can now play SH3 again and with vista.
i have uploaded SH3VistaAtiGraphicFix to filefront. i hope it will help someone else too.

WERY HAPPY NOW

This fix is for "vaniila"SH3 camera.dat.
