![]() I know the above warship texture improvment mod is incorporated in PE3, having the same retextured Japanese warships as the standalone mod version 1.3. Are there any plans to improve the textures on further other ships like merchants, US surface vessels? I have a vague memory that K2 mentioned he would take a break from retexturing ships when embarking onto PE2, indicating that some other modder would be taking care of these ship textures and it would go on, but I cannot remember who it was. ![]() Anyway, I think it would be great if we could be looking forward to an increasing number of improved ship textures. As the environment has been modded so beautifully it should be matched be equally beautiful ships all the way. ![]() Can we expect something?

Bump maps rule, to bad the subs dont have high quality bump maps, so we can see the little ruffles in the steel like the ships.

I agree that more textures are badly needed. Many of the ships maintain late war camoflage schemes throughout hostilities. On several of them the rust and steel textures are overdone, and some of the portholes in the hull are enormous.
