Default Torpedoes Stocked in Store

Hello
Could some tell me how to unlock the torpedoes from the store to the Tube

.....Editing the .Sim file and the .Upc but I don't really know what to change

The externals? Just surface and drag drop them into you'r internal storages and crew will start moving them into the internal stores.

You mean moving to the surface will allow moving the torpedoes by dragging them ?!

But if I'm in the middle of a battle I will be Sunk

I need to reload under the sea

those were EXTERNAL storage, since the typ IX were true ocean cruising subs they had more torps than the usual uboot and longer patrols, but they still had to move them while on the surface. I do it at night with decks awash.
