speed/range?

quick question here guys, im trying out manual navigation, wondering if there is any built in speed/range chart in the game (im running 1.4 with TMO), and if not are there any mods that contain this?

TMO has a range to end of course button on its button bar. That might help. Most economical TM speed is ahead two-thirds.
