Adjusting Time Compression Manually

Hi,

Can anyone shed some light on how to do this? Which files should I look at to edit the values?

I know this can be done via SH3 Commander but I've been having issues with its compatibiility (version 3.0) and the S-boot mod, every time I use the two together the game would crash halfway on load up and everything would have to be re-installed again.

Inside your documents

SH3/data/cfg/main.cfg

Open with the notepad or something.
