Cap'n Cox, Pls help w/ 360 deg plotter mod

I followed your directions included in the mod about extracting the folders for both imperial and metric using the JSGME (sp?). I have used this tool for other mods (ROW, etc.) and have had no problems. I put the plotter folder in the JSGME and move it from the left to the right. I then run the game, but I don't see your compass on the nav map. Any suggestions? The tool looks great if I could get it to work!
