Crew names change each time I play

Hi folks, wasn't sure how to put the question so apologies for confusing anyone

I've noticed a slight error when I've loaded in my game, where the crew names are different from the names that there the previous time I played. The reason I noticed is that I made a note of my sonar operators name (he'd detected a ship far away soon after we'd dropped to PD and rang for All Stop, which I thought was good. Bless him its his first time out

). So anyway the next time I sat down to play SH3 I had a look at my crew and the names were different. I thought it might be SH3 Commander randomising the crewnames each time I load up the game, as I tend to run SH3 from SH3 Commander.

I was just wondering if this was normal, or maybe someone could point out my silly mistake

PS I'm using GWX 2.0.
