SHIII crashing problems

i have tryed to reinstal my SHIII 5 different times and it always pops something up while the game is loading and it crashes. i also cant update it to V1.4. what do you sugest that i do about it.

need more details, what pops up? what is the error message?

Thee are hundreds of threads concerning reinstall problems. So a search in the forum will almost certainly answer your problem.

I had this problem because the codex to run movies was incorrect. When I deleted the logo and intro folders from the movies folder, it ran fine.
