No convoy sightings
Hi guys,
I'm using TMO(1.4)/PE/RSRD/NSM4 Question: I'm on my second patrol in S-37. It's March 14, 1942, and I've yet to see any convoy reports from high command via radio. I'm using 100% realism. I'm getting regular situation reports on the war's progress, though. Is this "working as designed", or should I be seeing at least "some" convoy reports?

Yep. Convoy reports would have been the result of HUMINT (human intelligence) or ELINT (electronic intelligence). Lack of spotting and radio interecepts would result in not knowing where a ship or convoy was, which was 99% of the time.

Hi,
While i understand this is make "by designed" for realism, i would not be schocked if there were some .. But very few, let's say no more than one or two reports/3 patrols, at a random, not fixed rate. Is there an easy way to implement this without braking your mod, Lurker ? I would be OK with such compromise between realism and fun/gameplay. |
