Time of Day

It seems to me that every time I play it is always night time in the mission. This is despite the intro saying noon or morning or whatever. Is there a way to advance time itself in the game so it is not always dark? I have tried messing around with the windows clock without success.

All fixed, just reloaded the game and got instant daylight. I am thinking that maybe my video card and 81cm LCD TV might not be the ideal setup for the game, but I love the big screen.
