Gimpy, congrats on finding her! I recently had the same experience, after playing for more than a year. Managed to get 11 fish into her...barely a scratch! So, good luck sending her to the bottom...I hope you fare better than I! If you manage it, please tell the Yamato hello from the USS Runner...

Good hunting,

Howler

Why would the Yamato/Musashi be out and about? They spent almost the entire war in port as Japan didn't have fuel for them and they also wanted to conserve capital ships. Well, SH4 isn't entirely realistic (I once saw a TF w/five Fuso class BBs, which is odd as only two were actually built!!)

Although I applaud your accomplishment, I can't help but want to whack my head against my desk right about now. I've got the worst luck!

Congrats Gimpy!

heh!! Imagine my frustration when I cam across a TF w/8-10 BBs plus numerous cruisers but was simply not positioned to intercept them!!! If I wasn't in a darn S-18 class boat, I may have been able to!! (It was night).
