Default Skins & News - U-boot

U-boot Mod; very classy model. Fun to do and fun to use. Still in work, using for textures (hull and some deck part) the U-505 pictures. Holes on deck are smaller and less number; in fact, all part have been reworked from gwx2 files and other: pascal_VII.zip

If you want used the U-505 emblem: U-505 emblem.zip (put the file in the SubEmblem folder)
U-505 pictures here:

Sorry Mate, but the U 505 was a type IX boat and has not a gun but heavy flak.

That's why the U-505 emblem Mod is separated of my sub mod; for the rest, i care only about graphic and steel texture on a type IX or on a type VII, it's always steel

Mod u-boot VII updated (old one deleted) Here i'm close i think to the original colors model, but at least anyway, i'm close what i like and it's the principal !
Little things add as original hatch from u-boot, etc ...

Hello, Pascal, I like your mod a lot, looks very realistic; almost photorealistic, you feel like you could almost open the hatch. Would you consider doing a moderately rusty version? I like my subs to look lived in!

Default Rusty model

Merci à tous. With such comments, skinner's paradise will open its door to me ( later !)

VII light rusty model in online (included 1 or 2 files missing in first pack), and with some little improvement: pascal-VII-rusty.zip
This version is a first step, light and pastel as i like.

Hello, Pascal. That was quick! Thank you! However the rust on this version is barely noticeable. I was thinking of a rusty vessel more along the lines of Fubar´s U552 (take a lot at the rust dripping off U552´s portholes), not to make light of your work or anything, we all really appreciate it.

I dont see the Fubar's U552, but if i well understood, you wish something dirty; i will try; not easy to find the good balance between not enough and too much .. smile. But, i often visit war ports in france and rusty on boat was always light.
