yes it works, just make sure whoever your playing with has the same mods installed as you do.
Pretty much you just do a mission with a friend or whoever else joins your game. You pick a mission or generate one and off you go. |

if for example i ve a new boat installed and a guy joins in the game and he doesn t have the boat what happens ?

you wont be able to play, I think it will just crash both your games to desktop or something like that.
Make sure you both have the same mods installed. |

Take a read through Mr. Chris' excellent summary of how to set up for MP games. It's set and forget once you get it going but it can be tricky if you've never dealt with port forwarding on our internet router before.
Everyone playing needs to have EXACTLY the same mod set as everyother player in the MP game othewise it will either hang or CTD when loading or when a particular part of a mod gets called. |

Tarjak, where would one find Mr. Chris' excellent summary? As someone who has problems playing GWX 2.0 online (version 1.3 works fine), maybe there's something that can help.
