2 Q's about the add-on

Ok, so maybe I haven't been following along lately... and the search function isn't much help as the only thing it returns are U boat vs Fleet boat "discussions"... so let me risk a new topic.

The 2 questions are:

What does the add-on add to the game apart from U-boats (ie are there any enhancements or bug fixes for the PTO/Fleet boat campaign)?

Is there any difference - particularly in the way of mod-ability and future enhancements - between the download version and the retail boxed version of the add-on?
