I tried to start a carrer with IXD2 sub in Penang in 1943. When the mission loads, there is no traffic or people in port and i havent found enemy ships in this area. It seems like a bug. :hmm: Do you have same problem? Any advice?

The Indian Ocean files aren't included in the standard GWX campaign. You need to activate the Indian Ocean campaign files via JSGME.

Just sail back to port and claim 100,000 + in tonnage

If you want to sail straight from your Atlantic base to a new one in Penang when you get transferred you can enable the combined campaign which includes everything (Atlantic+Indian ocean+Black sea).
You can then sail uninterrupted from the Atlantic to the Indian ocean and have traffic the whole way. It will increase load times though. |

Only install the merged campaign or Indian Ocean campaign via JSGME whilst your in port. Never whilst out on patrol (saved game).
