Anybody know if there is a way to set the career difficulty to a "custom" setting like you can from the main options menu? From what I saw I could only see Easy, Normal, Hard and Expert .. and there is no explanation in the manual (at least that I could see) that tells you what options are set in each one. Anybody know how to check failing a no custom option?

Well, when you're in the office before setting off on a patrol, move your mouse over to the left. I think the clock on the shelf is the OPTIONS selection, and there you can set the individual realism settings. It's also possible to edit the file that has them in it, but there are multiple copies in various places, so you have to find the correct one.

Ack thank you .. I didnt even realize the clock was clickable. I tried hitting <escape> but it only gave me sound and graphic options.
