the Big terror act conspiracy? Got me thinking...

Today with fellow colleagues we were just chatting about the commodities with couple of traders. In the end conversation came down to how people made money using bets on stock market crashing, airline stocks, etc.... Then at home I did some search on youtube about this and found a clip on it, a part of the 9/11 Coincidences set of clips. It starts with looking at few key events that seem strange during the event, and then goes on to discuss the involvment of the US government in this, and follows up with parallels to Hitler and Germany. Sick to listen if you are american, if you had relatives perish in the 911 that your government did this, and of course, for a sceptic like myself, very hard to believe - things are never what they seem I think. But still. First few clips, then clip 8, clip 11 and clip 18 are worth watching IMHO just for education purposes. They all talk about the explosions, how it was pretty much impossible to melt the steel without addition of explosives and how many people profited from the whole thing, including the guy who was leasing the properties and facing with billion dollar cost of stripping the old towers from the cancer causing asbestos.. who insured the place against terrorist attacks just few months before the attacks. Talked about Bush and his clumsy responses to certain strong quesitions and misfits in the official story (what he saw first, when) and the whole connection to the binladen family. The hijackers and how many of them apparently are live and well in middle east, how all of them were pretty much a set up and how there were lots of construction works going on in the towers just before the planes hit the buildings. The blackouts, lots of dust inside like from construction and wall drilling, noises, etc, etc. And what about pictures of the beams, sliced at an angle, exactly how they look usually when demolition shaped charges applied. weird again..

Mind you, some things they talk about seem questionable to me (and some presentation sensationalist or/and amateurish, but this is youtube..), but the overwhelming number of people on the ground (security, firefighters, etc) are kinda chilling in how they all think and are sure there were bombs in there too and how all of that got swept under carpet. I guess this is most puzzling - if all of this seemingly making sense on first glance, why hasn't any mainstream media pickedup on this AT ALL? What do you guys think? (I watched this all btw, I suggest to give best view on it you take some time and watch them all one by one, probably will take an hour and a half or so).

Oh and please no flaming or fights or crazy patriotism slogans - I'm just curious if me thinking 'crap, this looks quite convincing' is just me or you would feel similar after watching. And if you can pick big holes in this 'conspiracy theory' - please share them too.

after watching this, I thought to myself - WOW, so many people would go through trouble and make all of this up... unrealistic... so did they just saw what they wanted to see or were so panicked that they all made wrong conclusions? ...


PS. I am very sure you might have all discussed this when this all just came out, so sorry if Im digging up an old argued about thing!

I spose in the videos it also shows 'evidence' of explosives by the glass blowing out below the actual dropping building? course, it conveniently ignores the most simple and accurate explanation that the pressure wave from several cubic kms of air being compressed was the culprit...

its not even worth thinking about for 30 secs mate, honest.

I agree. It was a disaster regardless of cause. If it was a terrorist act, we probably wont get the real culprits. If it was a conspiracy, we still wont get them.

We got ONE of the culprits. We caught the "Mastermind" of the plot in Pakistan about a year and a half ago and god knows how many more we've caught that were involved in some way that's not being shared with us.
