[REQ] Importing a Snorkel?

Hello
I know thats it is not very realistic, but:
Is it possible to make a Snorkel for us subs in Sh4?

For exampel out of Anvart's Rising SD radar antenna...

I've talked to people trying to make it work, but so far they've only gotten it to raise and retract; it is not functional. I'm going to wait until the expansion is released and see how Ubi did it.
