need help with pacific mod

I tried the new enviorment mod but want to change back to krillers pacific mod but now something is wrong the mods are conflicting with each other and they didnt before?Do i have to delete the mods and download them again?did i screw up my game?any help would be great.

Did you load the MODS with JSGME. If you did use JSGME then you can unload all the MODS and do a file structure compare to the snapshot you took on the clean install of SH4 prior to adding mods. If the snapshot comes up bad then your install is hosed and you need to re-install.

Sounds to me like you need to re-install....I could be wrong. Post more details, please.

if i uninstall the game can i keep the mods folder and the jgsme?or is it also no good now?Can i save my saved games or am i gonna lose everything?
