hi i was wondering i have run silent run deep phase 3 loaded is the bungo pete mod in phase 3 or do i have to download it so its in the game if someone can answer that for me i would appreciate it thanks

Bungo is in Trigger Maru 1.7.6, when you load that MOD, there is a Single Mission where you can pay him a visit and chat.
