Scaf question

I want to make sure I am reading this right. This version is ONLY if you have RFB installed, right? The way it reads I can read it two way.
1. If you have RFB compatible with stock SH4 or RFB with ROW.
or
2 If you have RFB compatible with stork OR if you have ROW installed.

I assume it is #1 but want to make sure I have the right version. I have ROW and Warships retextured installed, so I would consider this "stock" right? Well, if I have anything it is no longer "stock" but I would use the stock version because of the files involved?

Either way thank you for the effort put into this. It is appreciated!! I have only had SHIV for less than a week and am trying to get used to manual targeting. I have played almost all the quick mission (two left I think) and in the "Battle off Samar Bay" I think the Battleship Kongo was in San Francisco before I got a shooting solution. But it will come, mostly because of all the help from this forum.

I installed all ROW first then RFB 1.4 rc then RSRDC (new version) then SCARF- no probs so far. Some other files like skins and green scope mod, etc. goes in after.

I guess I didn't explain that very well, I am not going to add too much right now, partly because of my skill level (or lack of) and my graphics card is sqeaking by. I am not adding RFB or RSRDC, I just want to add Scarf for the "easier" targeting. At least that's what the advertisements said. I just want to make sure to get the right version and the way it reads, I am not sure if my install is considered "Stock" (ROW and Warships retextured are the only ones in there now) So is that considered "Stock" and I would use the "Stock" version?

Neither ROW nor RFB adds any ships, so you're safe to use stock version.
