Default Weather in realtime patrol

I always play SH3 in real time (never use TC) and I have two questions:
1. Anyone who play in realtime too, observe a weather changes? Because I'm 7th day on the sea and I have the same weather even wind is the same (4m/s direction 0). This is my 3rd patrol without weather changes.
2. Is possible to set the crew fatigue to simulate long time patrol fatigue (every day spending on the patrol can regenerate less fatigue)

for example:
day on the patrol max fatigue level
1-7 100% (crew can regenerate their fatigue to max level)
8-12 95%
13-18 90%

WELCOME ABOARD!

Weather not changing seems to be a function of save games, but I'm not sure completely how it works.

Yes,

Great.
The fatigue model has been bantered about on this forum and the UBI forum quite a bit. The choices in SH3CMDR are the best anybody has been able to come up with. Your idea of relating the fatigue to length of patrol has been addressed to great length in the NYGM mod and the mod discussion thread.
