Is the latest version of RSRD compatible with the final version of TM?

I thinkthey were working together to make them compatible. Has the newest version of RSRDC been released, yet? My version is from about a month ago.

last night installed tm 1.7.6+rsrdc p2 221 and at first patrol everything was ok
