A post over at Wargamer indicates that Ship simulator 2008 has crossed the pond and will dock in US stores this week.
In Europe we've had it for a few months and it is quite an improvement on the 2006 title and now includes multiplayer and many other new features. Last edited by Sonarman; 01-21-08 at 04:20 PM. |

Yup, VStep have it locked up tight, a double edged sword, on one hand it keeps the quality high on the other it stunts growth and there are a lot of fantastic modders out there (especially here!).
They need to have more faith in their userbase. They do however bring out good free updates and are also planning a subscription based service for new VStep developed models They also plan to buy (on a commision basis) the very best models from the modders and sell them by subscriiption. |
