100% CTD..help required please

Hi folks..middle of a patrol and anytime I sink the small coastal mechant ...she blows and then about 2 mins later I get a CTD, if I leave her alone..no CTD. Running the latest version of RSRDC Version 2.01, timeframe is Jun 24 off the coast of Iwo Jima...anyone got any ideas?
