The Munster Ace of the Deep Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Deepest Dumbria Posts: 1,243 Downloads: 2 Uploads: 0	New Programs Installed Problem After downloading Quicktime Player, I keep getting the 'New Programs Installed' balloon everytime I click Start. That was a week ago and now its starting to annoy me . Can anyone tell me how to turn this message balloon off.
