Okay... you may find this odd, but I've been playing SHIII for over a year and I've never had the need to use a milk cow. With my current mission, I will have to stop at one. I know that docking at a milk cow is the equivalent of docking in port. My question is this. When I dock at the milk cow (after setting SHIII Commander to one day in port), should I do this before or after I complete my patrol of my assigned patrol zone or does it matter ? Will BDU consider me still on the same mission or will stock doctrine think that I just ended my patrol and give me a new mission ?

SH3commander recognises you are at a milk cow\resupply\friendly port and will set the days in port to 1 anyway
No need for you to do it Yes the game counts the patrol as finished You will get a NULL grid to return home But if you exit SH3 after docking and restart SH3commander you can manually add a grid to replace the NULL |
