I started new career recently , and to get "more into it" im using realistic settings.
The sub of choice being type IIA from Kiel. Question is: How realistic is sinking 1 ship in 3 patrols? I add - 2 patrols were during storm / seasonal weather /. Only during second patrol i managed to get the fix on large merchant , and identified it as hostile. Third patrol - December 1939 of the coast of Norway / ![]() The thing that im spending +/_ 30 days in bars around Kiel did not help my sinking rate. BTW: During my last visit to the port of Kiel one of my crew got stabbed in the bar and died- cool. Whats your sinking rate in F/R? Am i a badshot? Is it close to reality? I think it is , and the fun i got from sinking that large merchie was enough to keep me playing with the real settings. Edit: I just posted it in the workshop forum - my bad. |
