[WIP] I400 Class sub (pic heavy)

Quite simply the biggest sub of the war, it even comes with its own aircraft hanger and was able to carry and launch 3 Sieran Float planes.

It was 122M long and weighed ~6500tons and made the IXD2 look more like a canoe.

The model is a lightweight at only 37k polys.

Ive had it breifly up and running is SHIII but right now im focussing on the T-Class so this may take a while to be a proper mod.
