Hi,
Nice work on the new torp defects in TM 1.7.5 - fired a spread of three at a 5K merchant, 1 + 3 magnetic and no.2 contact - trust me to get a circle runner on a magnetic one!! couldn't get USS Pickerel below 100 ft quick enough and ended up wearing a MK14 in the command room - lots of flooding! diving capabilty lost. So i surface and my target is still looking shiny and new (more than can be said about my fine craft!!) because the other 2 torps were duds, and he proceeded to blow more holes in me with his deck gun!! USS pickerel didn't make it back from the coast of Borneo!! Nice work indeed! Must remember to check torp wakes as they leave the tube!! ![]() Kaleun |

Its a shame the game doesnt announce when a torpedo is running erratic. Soundman aboard US boats didnt announce, "Torpedo running hot straight and normal!" just to sound cool.
