I would like to know the answer to your question as well , not a good time to be messing with ROW stuff and not giving credit ( if indeed yours and Daves, et al, files are being used ).

I have checked the files and they do not seem to be from ROW.
They are modified original files.

So in my opinion this is a fair mod.
